Austrian Supernova real estate group took ownership of four major shopping malls in Croatia, including three in Zagreb city centre and one in the eastern city of Slavonski Brod, the company said on Monday (March 19).
In addition, the company said it will open an expansion of Supernova Zadar mall this week, enlarging it to some 68,000 square metres and making it one of the biggest malls in Dalmatia. The company now controls some 260,000 square metres of retail space in prime locations around Croatia and has the largest retail property portfolio in the country, including 14 building projects.
Its shopping malls and retail parks employ almost 6,500 people and the group invested some 400 million euros in retail real estate so far, the company said.
