State Assets Minister Goran Maric tendered his irrevocable resignation on Monday.
Maric resigned after signing contracts on the gifting of state properties, saying this was the last contract he would sign, N1 TV said.
Asked if that meant he was resigning, Maric said he had talked with Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic and that he had tendered his irrevocable resignation.
Maric was in the coastal town of Novi Vinodolski where he signed two contracts on giving the town state properties for the purpose of renovating a square and building a public parking lot, an underground car park and a fire station.
