Zadar Cruise Port, that is the Gazenica port in the Adriatic city of Zadar, is one of the three finalists shortlisted for the "Port of the Year" award, and the winner will be announced during the Seatrade Europe 2019 fair in Hamburg.

The other two finalists are: Port of OldenLoen, Norway and Port of Yokohama, Japan.

The 2019 Seatrade Cruise Awards will be presented at the CLIA Germany Gala Dinner on the occasion of Seatrade Europe on 11 September 2019 in Hamburg.

The director of the Port of Zadar Authority, Robert Skific, said on Friday that the success of Gazenica in making it to the three finalists for that award should be attributed to cooperation between the Zadar port authorities, the Zadar International Port Operations concession holder and Global Ports Holding.
