Six new cases of coronavirus infection were discovered in Montenegro on Wednesday evening, bringing a total number of patients to eight.
The Institute for Public Health in Podgorica said that 20 samples were tested and that six were positive to coronavirus.
More than 3,500 people were being monitored, including Montenegro nationals who came home from abroad and were in quarantine.
Until Tuesday, when the first two cases were discovered, Montenegro was the only European country without infected people.
