Another three people have passed away due to COVID-19 in North Macedonia in the past 24 hours and 148 more people tested positive for the coronavirus, the country’s Health Ministry said on Sunday.
The coronavirus death toll in North Macedonia now stands at 725 and a total of 17,629 people tested positive for the virus in the country so far.
According to the ministry, there are currently 2,323 active cases in the country with five people on ventilators and 30 on oxygen support.
The Public Health Institute also registered 65 recoveries since the day before, bringing the total number of recoveries to 14,581.
A total of 1,224 coronavirus tests were performed in North Macedonia in the past 24 hours and 185,321 since the beginning of the epidemic.
