Bosnia reports 764 new Covid-19 cases and 32 deaths, marking a slight daily drop

Bosnian health officials reported 764 new Covid-19 cases on Monday, along with 32 virus-related fatalities.

The country’s Federation (FBiH) entity reported 438 new cases after testing 798 samples for the new coronavirus. The entity’s Public Health Institute said they recorded 26 deaths caused by the virus.

The Republika Srpska (RS) region said they registered 323 new cases of the disease after testing 777 suspected samples. This entity also reported having five fatalities over the last 24 hours.

Brcko District reported three new infections along with one fatality, as well.

The hardest-hit city is Sarajevo once again with a total of 283 confirmed cases.

Yesterday the country recorded 1,411 Covid-19 cases.
