The Office of President Zoran Milanovic said on Wednesday that it had again forwarded a proposal to Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic to agree on convening the National Security Council.
The proposal includes topics that could be including on the agenda of the meeting.
The President’s Office said that after Plenkovic failed to respond to the proposal made by Milanovic on 20 October, the president sent one more letter today.
The latest letter proposes convening the National Security Council and possible topics, in accordance with the law on the country’s security and intelligence system.
The President’s Office said that earlier in the day Plenkovic reiterated untruths about convening the National Security Council.
