During the epidemic of coronavirus, 21% of the consumers who were exposed to the violations of their rights during the epidemic of the novel coronavirus, have reported those cases to the relevant authorities, the Jutarnji List has recently said.
The findings of a survey conducted by the IPSOS PULS pollster at the request by the Economy Ministry, show that as many as four fifths of the consumers whose rights were breached, have decided to keep silent and not to report those violations to the State Inspectorate.
The survey was conducted among 1,250 citizens above the age of 16 in the period from June to October 2020.
The majority of the reported complaints refer to the delays in the delivery of goods and services.
The survey also included questions about online shopping, and Croatians seem keen to purchase online clothes, footwear, household items, hygienic items and food.
