According to Serbia’s Health Ministry’s data on Friday that 55 patients died from COVID-19-related complications over the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of fatalities to 2,227, while out of 19, 826 people tested, 6,534 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.

A mortality rate was 0.87 percent, while out of 2,000,098 people tested, ‬ 255,758 were positive for the virus since the epidemic outbreak in March.

On Friday, 8,667 patients were hospitalised, and 319 of them on ventilators.
