Zagreb Auto Show huge success, attracting 143,000 visitors

The organisers said on Monday that the figures proved the event is the most prestigious motorcar event in central and south-eastern Europe, attracting 85 brands of cars, motorbikes, bicycles, quads and RVs.

 Organisers said one of the motives for the show was to give an impetus to the local car market, and went on to say that the timing of the show was ideal for that purpose since the changed regulations which relieved some of the tax burden on car sales has showed positive effects in the first two months of 2018.
