Ivica Todoric spoke to the press after the Westminster Magistrates' Court’s ruling on his extradition to Croatia.

“This is another victory for me. I have achieved all my goals,” Todoric told the press.

“I expected this decision and it is completely understandable to me, considering the English legal practice, and I behaved accordingly,” he said, adding that he would come to Croatia very soon.

“Do you think I came here to stay?” he asked.

He said he would use all legal options available to him in Great Britain to avoid extradition.

“I wanted nothing other than what happened here. I cannot move too fast, and we have our own tactics in all this,” he said, adding he would file an appeal to the court’s decision.

“My first plan is to come to Croatia,” he said, adding that he was being persecuted by the high officials in the Croatian government. “I am being persecuted by (the Prime Minister) Plenkovic, (the Economy Minister) Dalic, and (the Minister of the Interior) Bozinovic.”

“I will come to Croatia on my own, very soon. You will be surprised,” he said without giving a clear date. He only said that “you will see.”

“Soon we will take all our documentation to the EU and file lawsuits in several states,” he said, calling Croatia a “corrupt state.”

The Westminster Magistrates Court announced today there were no legal obstacles to Todoric’s extradition to Croatia. He would remain free, with strict precaution measures, until the final decision is reached.
