RS asks Croatia to recognise unregistered RS universities

Bosnia's Republika Srpska (RS) entity representatives requested that Croatia recognises the diplomas from RS universities that are not registered with the State Register of Accredited Higher Education Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina managed by Bosnia’s Agency for the Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance.
