Prime Minister and Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) leader Andrej Plenkovic said on Saturday that Finance Minister Zdravko Maric would not leave his cabinet.

After a meeting of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) youth in Zagreb on Saturday, reporters asked the PM to comment media reports about Maric’s possible departure from the government before the expiry of the four-year term of this cabinet.

“There is no departure,” Plenkovic replied.
