President Hashim Thaci told reporters in Pristina on Monday that early parliamentary elections will be held in Kosovo on Sunday, October 6, the KoSSev news portal reported.
Thaci told a news conference that he instructed the Central Election Commission to prepare the elections.
Earlier on Monday, Thaci signed a decree to dissolve parliament.
