
During his stay in New York, Croatian Foreign and European Affairs Minister Gordan Grlic Radman on Wednesday participated in a meeting which also involved his counterparts: Ramona Nicole Manescu of Romania, Nikos Dendias of Greece and Ekaterina Spasova Gecheva-Zakharieva of Bulgaria.
This quadrilateral meeting focused on the prospects of North Macedonia and Albania as well as other countries in the region regarding their integration into the European Union, the Croatian foreign ministry said in a press release.
Grlic Radman signed an agreement with John M. Silk, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of the Marshall Islands on establishment of diplomatic relations between Zagreb and that Pacific country, which is spread out over 29 coral atolls comprising 1,156 individual islands and islets.
In New York, the Croatian minister held several bilateral meetings with officials from Kenya, the USA and other countries.
