Agrokor appeals against confiscation of Mercator shares

The Agency had no legal basis for the "unconstitutional, arbitrary and illegal" decision, Agrokor's emergency administration said in a press release, adding that the competent misdemeanour court must deliver a decision in 48 hours.

Agrokor lodged the appeal against the Agency's decision to confiscate Mercator shares in order to secure the enforcement of a non-final decision whereby the Agency fined Agrokor €53.9 million for failure to report concentration, the press release said.
