Serbia’s Health Ministry reports six new coronavirus cases, bringing total to 89

Six new patients tested positive for the coronavirus in Serbia and the total number of infected on Wednesday reached 89, the Health Ministry published on its COVID-19.rs website on Wednesday afternoon.
Three people have been sent to home quarantine with mild symptoms, while the other three were admitted to a hospital. All are without complications and in stable condition.
According to the Ministry’s report at 8 am, there were 83 confirmed cases. Between the two reports, 19 people were tested, and 13 were negative to the virus.
A total of 440 people were tested in Serbia so far at the National Torlak Institute Laboratory until 6 pm on Wednesday. One patient earlier tested positive on COVID-19 was reported in critical condition in the Vojvodina Clinic Centre.
On Tuesday, Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic declared the state of emergency across the country.
