The Serbian Health Ministry said in its daily 3:00 pm bulletin on Wednesday that 1 person died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 728.
It said that 8,285 people had been tested over the previous 24 hours, including 84 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
The total number of people tested to date stands at 1,001,425 with 32,078 confirmed cases.
The bulletin said that there are 407 active cases, including 35 patients on ventilators.
