Serbia’s Health Ministry said on Wednesday there was one fatality over the last 24 hours, and that out of 6,561 tested people, 72 were confirmed positive on the coronavirus.
The death toll stood at 749, with a mortality ratio at 2.23 percent.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, 1,134,239 people were tested, and 33,551 were confirmed infected.
The official bulletin on Wednesday said 269 patients were hospitalised and 21 of them on ventilators.
