North Macedonia's Health Ministry said on Friday that over the last 24 hours, 12 patients died from COVID-19-related complications, and out of 3,082 tested people 1,128 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.
The death toll stood at 1,096, while 22,835 patients have recovered since the epidemic outbreak.
At the same time, 265,528 people have been tested, and 37,499 of them have been positive.
On Friday, there were 13,568 active cases of the infection.
