The main Zagreb Stock Exchange indices surged by more than three percent on Monday in line with developments on other European exchanges, with the Crobex increasing by 3.09% to 1,636.38 points and the Crobex10 by 2.27% to 1,020.84 points.
Those were their highest levels since September 24.
Regular turnover too was up compared to the past few days, amounting to HRK 15.6 million or about 9.6 million more than on Friday.
The highest turnover, of HRK 4.55 million, was generated by the Adris insurance and tourism group whose price was HRK 366 per share, up 1.95%.
The Valamar Riviera hotel group generated a turnover of HRK 3.7 million with the price of its shares soaring by 8.02% to HRK 25.60.
The AD Plastik car parts manufacturer's stock also crossed the million kuna mark with a turnover of HRK 1.2 million. Its shares jumped in price by 3.70 percent to close at HRK 140.
