Serbia's Health Ministry said on Friday that over the last 24 hours, 30 patients died of the coronavirus-related ailments, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,140, while out of 19,301 tested people 6,254 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.
A mortality rate stood at 1.03 percent.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, 1,593,281 people have been tested, and 110,351 have been confirmed infected.
The Ministry said that on Friday 5,803 patients were hospitalised, and 192 of them on ventilators.
