Serbia's Health Ministry said on Wednesday, that over the last 24 hours, 41 patients died of the coronavirus-related ailments, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,315 while out of 22,231 tested people 7,579 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.
A mortality rate stood at 0,93 percent.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, 1,682,416 people have been tested, and 140,608 samples have come back positive.
The Ministry said 6,597 patients were hospitalised, and 223 of them were on ventilators on Wednesday.
