Kosovo reports nine deaths and 704 new coronavirus cases

Kosovo’s Public Health Institute said on Wednesday that over the last 24 hours, nine more patients died due to COVID-19-related complications, bringing the death toll to 948.

At the same time, 391 patients have recovered, while 1,651 people where tested and 704 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.

The number of active cases on Wednesday was 13,168.

Since the epidemic outbreak, 135,969 people have been tested, and 36,253 samples came back positive for the virus.
