Serbia's Health Ministry said on Thursday, that over the last 24 hours, 51 patients died of the coronavirus-related ailments, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,366 while out of 21,569 tested people 7,606 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.

A mortality rate stood at 0,92 percent.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic, 1,703,985 people have been tested, and 148,214 samples have come back positive.

The Ministry said 6,722 patients were hospitalised, and 243 of them on ventilators on Thursday.
