According to Serbia’s Health Ministry’s data on Friday that 55 patients died from COVID-19-related complications over the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of fatalities to 2,227, while out of 19, 826 people tested, 6,534 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.
A mortality rate was 0.87 percent, while out of 2,000,098 people tested, 255,758 were positive for the virus since the epidemic outbreak in March.
On Friday, 8,667 patients were hospitalised, and 319 of them on ventilators.
