According to Serbia’s Health Ministry’s data on Saturday, 48 patients died from COVID-19-related complications over the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of fatalities to 2,275, while out of 16,886 people tested since Friday 5,679 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.

A mortality rate was 0.87 percent, while out of 2,016,984 people tested, ‬ 261,48 were positive for the virus since the epidemic outbreak in March.

On Saturday, 8,744 patients were hospitalised, and 318 of them on ventilators.
