Bosnia and Herzegovina has not received any requests for accepting refugees from Afghanistan so far, several sources confirmed for N1.

Oglas

This was confirmed by the BiH Presidency, which has yet to comment on the developments in Afghanistan, as well as by the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees.

About a hundred countries from different parts of the world previously signed a joint declaration initiated by the United States on the matter, among them Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Croatia, and Slovenia.

Of the regional countries, Croatia, Albania, North Macedonia, and Kosovo have so far agreed to take in Afghan refugees temporarily.
