The Serbian Health Ministry said in its daily 3:00 pm bulletin on Friday that 42 people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 13,459.
It said that 34,778 people had been tested over the previous 24 hours, including 17,284 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
The total number of people tested to date stands at 8,045,107 with 1,633,868 confirmed cases.
The bulletin said that there are 3,397 hospitalized cases, including 143 patients on ventilators.
