The Serbian Health Ministry said in its daily 3:00 pm bulletin on Tuesday that 23 people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 7,421.
It said that 20,443 people had been tested over the previous 24 hours, including 5,069 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
The total number of people tested to date stands at 5,138,131 with 788,895 confirmed cases.
The bulletin said that there are 1,701 hospitalized cases, including 121 patients on ventilators.
