The Jadroplov shipping company on Thursday made a Public Call for Recapitalisation on the Zagreb Stock Exchange concerning the subscription of two million shares with the nominal value of 10 kuna, while the minimum nominal value per share can be 25 kuna, the Split-based joint stock reported.
The lowest individual offer for the subscription is a million kuna. The intention of the public call for recapitalization is to collect at least 50 million kuna.
The whole process is in compliance with the decisions made at the 11 November 2019 general assembly of shareholders.
Jadroplov is majority owned by Croatia through the Restructuring and Sale Centre (70.4 percent of the shares), with private individuals (23 percent), financial institutions (4 percent) and other companies (1 percent) as other shareholders.
Jadroplov provides international maritime transport services, including crew management and technical maintenance of ships.
