Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic has met with Ante Vlahovic, head of the management board of Adris Group, which is one of Agrokor’s creditors, the government confirmed to N1.
The Adris company, which is owed a billion kuna (€135.5 million) in the Agrokor procedure, managed to block the bond owners in the settlement vote and in that way force the crisis manager to continue the negotiations.
The government did not say whether the meeting meant that the Prime Minister was getting involved in the settlement process, after he had repeatedly said that the process was between the creditors and the crisis management, and not the state.
“At the meeting with Adris Group’s CEO Vlahovic, Prime Minister was informed on the position of Adris Group in the process of settlement agreement in Agrokor,” the government response said.
