The Croatian Soccer Federation said all 1,230 tickets for Sunday’s World Cup final that FIFA has made available to the Federation are sold out.

The sale started Saturday at 1 a.m. and the tickets were sold out half an hour later, Croatian Radio said.

Croatian player Ivan Rakitic said that on Sunday, 4.5 million Croats will be on the field.

“There is no better feeling than to be a Croat,” Rakitic said.

“For us, this is a historic game, not for the 22 of us here, but for the whole country,” he said.

The Croatian Football Federation has organized a welcome party for the team at Zagreb’s main square on Monday.

The country’s President, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, will be decorating the players for their success while Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic called on employers to allow their employees to take part in Monday’s welcome party.

“This fantastic success of the Croatian Football representation and the fact that we made it to the finals is a success that was globally noticed and is a tremendous promotion of the country, Croatian sport, Croatian football,” Plenkovic said.
