The average net monthly salary in Croatia in May 2019 amounted to HRK 6,476 which is a real annual increase of 1.1%, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics reported on Friday.

Compared to April, that was a real increase of 0.1% on the month.

The highest average monthly salary in May was earned in the production of refined oil products, HRK 16,117, whereas the lowest average wage of HRK 4,251 was paid in landscape architecture.

The medial net pay in May amounted to HRK 5,590 which means that half of those employed received a higher pay and half received less.
