More than 300 new coronavirus cases and 11 COVID-19 deaths reported in Bosnia

Bosnian health authorities reported on Thursday 311 new coronavirus cases, as well as 11 more deaths due to COVID-19.

In the semi-autonomous Federation (FBiH) entity, 238 of the 1,317 samples tested were positive and ten people died due to the disease.

In Bosnia’s other region, Republika Srpska (RS), the results came back positive for 71 of the 589 people tested, while COVID-19 patient passed away.

A total of 18,920 people have been infected with the coronavirus so far in Bosnia, while 582 passed away due to COVID-19 and 12,480 recovered. There are currently 5,858 active COVID-19 cases in the country.
