Strong quake rocks Croatia, felt in Bosnia as well

An earthquake measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale on Sunday hit the area of Gracac, a town in the hinterland of the coastal city of Zadar, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported.

The quake, which occurred at 12:59 hours, was felt across the coastal region of Dalmatia and its epicentre was 12 kilometres southeast of Gracac.

The quake was also felt in Bosnia’s towns of Prijedor, Mostar, Bihac and Drvar.
