Parliament Speaker Gordan Jandrokovic has gone into 14-day self-isolation after the head of his cabinet tested positive for coronavirus on Tuesday evening.

Jandrokovic and the head of his cabinet were in contact on Monday, and epidemiologists imposed the 14-day isolation on the parliament speaker.

During his absence, which will last until 12 October, deputy speakers will chair parliament meetings.

Apart from Jandrokovic, deputy speaker Zeljko Reiner and five more employees in the parliament are also self-isolating.
