After reporting record high numbers of new Covid cases in Slovakia, the country's Prime Minister, Igor Matovic, announced a mass testing of all citizens older than 10 years of age. Slovak sociologist and Director of the Bratislava Policy Institute, Michal Vasecka, talked to N1 television's Ivana Dragicevic on Thursday about the situation on the ground.
In the interview, Vasecka expanded on the logistics of Slovakia’s ambitious mass testing programme, the surge in Covid-19 cases, and the overall political situation in the country.
