Serbia's Health Ministry said on Friday that over the last 24 hours, five patients died and out of 11,004 tested 1,545 people were confirmed infected with the coronavirus.

The death toll stood at 814, with a mortality rate of 1,8 percent.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic, 1,329,100 people have been tested, and 45,137‬ have been confirmed infected.

On Friday, 1,048 people have been hospitalised, and 47 on ventilators.
