The Finance Ministry on Tuesday sold HRK 2 billion worth of treasury bills, HRK 400 million more than planned, at 0.06% interest.

Ahead of HRK 1.761 billion worth of treasury bills maturing, the ministry offered HRK 1.6 billion with a maturity of one year.

Financial institutions submitted offers totalling almost HRK 2.96 billion and the ministry accepted HRK 2 billion.

With the HRK 1.761 billion due, the balance of subscribed kuna treasury bills has been increased by HRK 239 million to HRK 15.517 billion.
