The Zagreb County Prosecutor's Office on Thursday indicted two Serbian citizens for shooting dead four Croatian prisoners of war on a hill near Glina in September 1991.

The accused, aged 66 and 62, are unavailable to the Croatian judiciary. The indictment moves that investigative custody be extended until the end of the criminal procedure.

Another man, Rade Miljevic, was tried for this crime at the Sisak County Court. He was arrested in March 2006. After spending more than four years in investigative custody, he was convicted. After a retrial, the Supreme Court acquitted him.
