Over the past 24 hours, 1,751 coronavirus tests have been conducted in Slovenia, confirming 480 new cases of the infection, and there have been 52 coronavirus-related deaths, the Slovenian government said on Monday, adding that the current epidemiological measures will remain in place.
The percentage of positive tests remains high, at 27.4%.
There are 1,301 COVID patients in hospitals, 196 of whom are in intensive care units.
The COVID-19 death toll is 1,795.
The 14-day incidence rate is currently 972, and the number of new confirmed cases has not decreased compared to a week ago.
