A makeshift hospital for Covid-19 patients in the northwestern Macedonian town of Tetovo caught fire on Wednesday night. According to latest information shared by Health Minister, Venko Filipce, at least ten people were killed in the blaze.

By Thursday morning the fire was reportedly extinguished, but there are growing fears that there might be more casualties.

It is unclear how many patients were housed at the hospital when the fire broke out. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
