Business association slams government's EU-funded €6.5bn recovery plan

Association of small businesses owners Voice of Entrepreneurs issued a press release on Friday saying that the country's recovery plan - the government's set of projects designed to use up €6.5 billion in EU funding earmarked for Croatia - does not invest enough in private-owned businesses and puts too much emphasis on state-owned public companies and the so-called pseudo-private sector, i.e. private-owned companies whose sole source of revenue is doing business with state-owned institutions and companies.
