Constitutional Court rejects complaint by candidate for Istria County Prefect

The Constitutional Court on Wednesday rejected a complaint by the centre-left Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate for Istria County Prefect, Danijel Feric, about the Electoral Commission's decision, as well as his request to test the constitutionality and legality of the local election after he lost to Istrian Democratic Assembly (IDS) candidate, Boris Miletic, by 40 votes.
