Bosnia and Herzegovina's Jan-Apr exports up by 10 percent

Bosnia and Herzegovina recorded a 10 percent year-on-year export growth in the first four months of 2018, with export to European Union countries only amounting €1.35 billion, said the Statistics Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Friday.

The country’s exports totalled more than 3.5 billion marks (1.75 billion) in the first four months of 2018, while imports in the same period amounted to nearly 6 billion marks (3 billion), or 8.3 percent increase year-on-year. Bosnia’s export to the European Union member states amounted to some 2.7 billion marks, or 13.3 percent up from the same period the year before.
