The number of employed Croatians in November totalled 1.41 million, down by 0.7 percent or 10,253 people month-on-month, with the registered unemployment rate up by 0.3 percentage points to 9.4 percent, the state statistics bureau said.

At the end of November, nearly 147,000 job-seekers were registered with the national employment service, an increase of 3.7 percent compared to October.

As a result, the registered unemployment rate rose from 9.1 percent in October to 9.4 percent in November.
