All available resources have been mobilised in the search for the crew of a tug boat of the French company Bourbon Rouge which has sunk in Martinique's waters, the company said in a press release carried on Saturday by the Croatian Foreign Ministry, which added that the ship's captain is a Croatian citizen.
The Croatian Embassy in Paris is in contact with the crisis centre of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Croatian ministry said, adding that there were no other Croatian crew members.
Bourbon Rouge said the search for the tug boat began on September 26. Search and rescue crews have located one life-boat with three crew members, who are being treated by a medical team. The search is ongoing.
