Over the past 24 hours, 6,918 persons in Serbia have been tested for Covid-19 and 86 of the tests have been positive, according to official data on Thursday afternoon.
Over the past 24 hours, two persons have died, bringing the Covid-19 death toll to 237.
Currently 743 patients are hospitalised, including 12 on ventilators.
Since the epidemic began in the country on March 6, 10,919 persons have been infected and 203,799 have been tested.
The government today endorsed a proposal by the Covid-19 crisis management team enabling Serbian citizens and foreigners to enter the country without a PCR test.
Epidemiologists say the epidemic is on a downward slide but that the virus is still circulating, albeit markedly weaker.
