Over the last 24 hours, 32 patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 26,008 tested, 7,628 were infected with the coronavirus in Serbia, the Health Ministry said on Wednesday.

To date, COVID-19 has officially claimed 7,633 lives in the country. The mortality rate is 0.91 percent.

Currently, 3,621 people are in hospitals, 167 of whom are on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 5,316,382‬ people have been tested, and 838,512‬ have been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
